Jim has been in the electrical industry since 1985 and is licensed in New Jersey and New York. He has an Associate Degree in Applied Science/Business Management and began working in the field at age 16.

As President, Jim oversees day to day operations.  His focus is to oversee operations to insure that there is strict attention to detail and that customer service is always at the forefront.

Adrienne has over 56 years in office management, administration, and accounting. She oversees our front office as well as all bookkeeping, accounting, general administrative work. Her personal customer service has been a valuable asset to Altec Building Systems since 2005.

Jennifer has a degree in Business Administration from the Stuart Business School of Administration.  She began her career as an administrative assistant in 2001.  She handles payroll, accounting, and assists project managers with many day to day tasks.

Joe has been in the electrical industry since 1979 and holds a NJ state electrical license. Joe oversees the estimating department by preparing final bids for review, prepares scope reviews with clients, assists with purchasing, and is also involved with customer relations and business development.

Bill has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Seton Hall University. He has been working in the electrical field since 1971.  He also holds a NJ Electrical License.  Bill oversees electrical estimating, project management, and purchasing. He has been an invaluable asset to our company since 2006.

Dave has an Associates Degree in Civil Engineering from University of South Alabama. He has been working in the electrical field since 1999.  Dave’s vast experience in electrical construction, medium voltage construction, communications, fire alarm, security, lighting controls, and solar makes him an extremely valuable field supervisor.  He has great ability in the field of helping our clients bring their projects in ontime and on budget. He has been at Altec since 2002. He is a member of Local Union 400.

BOB SMITH, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SOLAR DIVISION

Bob “General Megawatt” has been working in the electrical trade since 1984, he holds a NJ state  electrical license, and has extensive experience in all areas of electrical and solar construction. Bob has completed over 300 megawatts of solar. Bob leads our solar division. He works on all facets of business development, bidding, supervisor, etc for all projects involving renewable energy. He is a member of Local Union 400.

SEAN FATOOH, PROJECT MANAGER / SOLAR DIVISION

Sean has a masters Degree in Industrial Technology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is also NABCEP  certified # 091209-56 . He has been working in the solar industry since 2004.  He has been involved in the building of more than 250 megawatts of solar throughout the Northeast United States.  He is involved in engineering, Electrical, procurement, and construction of our solar projects.  

SCOTT POMARICO, SAFETY OFFICER PROJECT MANAGER

Scott has been in the electrical industry since 1985.  He holds a New Jersey Electrical License as well as a New Jersey inspectors license. He also has worked in the construction safety field and holds Osha certificates for OSHA Construction Training and OSHA 500.. He has been in the safety field since 2007. He is a member of Local Union 102.

ALFRED “BUDDY” CANALE, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Alfred has a Batchelor Of Arts in Accounting from Bloomfield College.  He has worked in the construction field since 1978.  He has worked in all facets of general construction at Local, County, State, Federal levels as well as numerous private construction projects. He sees his projects from bidding, purchasing, project management through closeout and completion.  He is known for “Making it Happen”

TOM HARTMAN, PROJECT MANAGER

Tom is a solar/electrical project manager with over 30 years experience working as a Union journeyman, foreman/project manager.  Tom holds a NJ state electrical license and has been with Altec Building Systems for 6 years. He builds some our most prestigious solar systems.
